Navigating the Rocky Shores of Global Expansion
Study
U.S. medical societies engage physicians outside the United States – as members, attendees, customers, and researchers. Yet, many lack the data and strategies needed to build sustainable, revenue-generating, and mission-driven international programs.
The Council of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS) is partnering with Global Navigators, a global strategy consulting firm, on a collaborative effort to gather market intelligence on internationally-based physicians who engage with U.S. medical societies. The goal is to support informed outreach, engagement, and strategic planning that reflect the evolving global landscape.
